Inspire Montebello! Inspire, Montebello!

June 15, 2014

We should not succumb to the existential dilemma of not being able to grasp the ultimate meaning of life and the despair that attends it. We should be able to hope and struggle for a better social world even if ultimate understanding eludes us. Philosophy is our tool for making sense of our lives and existence while providing us with a critical spirit that transcends the social structures that limit our humanity. Dr. Ruben Martinez, Michigan State University
