Did you know? You probably received a copy of the 2013 annual water quality report if you are a customer of Montebello Land and Water Company. My eyes oftentimes glaze over when looking at information necessitating some thought, but this time I took a few minutes to read the background to the report and understood the report. A call went to the company to pose questions. Give that the company's water comes from wells, our tap water appears to be of good quality. We can improve the quality if we substitute modern plumbing for lead pipes in older houses. The company does not put fluoride into our tap water.

The YAC is a team of young servant-leaders recognized for their dedication to promoting youth leadership, service-learning, and educational achievement for all. The YAC advises NYLC on its programming and brings a valuable youth perspective to the organization's work.
