Important notice from US Postal Service.
Our letter carrier dropped off a notice from the postal service last week: The gist of the notice is that, if there is a dog loose in the neighborhood or if the front door is open, even if the screen door be closed, a letter carrier will not deliver mail. If a dog attacks a letter carrier, mail delivery will be suspended and the dog owner will be held financially liable. There are additional details. Ask your letter carrier if you did not see this notice.
